We’ll dive into a personalized, one-on-one Energy Leadership Index (ELI) debrief session. In this 60-90 minute session, you’ll uncover your unique energy distribution across the 7 energy levels, both in everyday situations and under stress.
You’ll also learn about your Average Resonating Level of Energy (A.R.L.), which reflects how you typically show up in life, whether calm or under pressure. Armed with these insights, you’ll better understand how you’re using your energy and how to channel it more effectively toward your work and life goals.
